Tried their product from a cafe in Ashfield they supply I’m not sure if they were two days old, the cafe they said they were fresh and they were delivered today. It was Sunday I’m not sure if the factory actually deliver on Sunday or not, but all I can tell you is, the pastry were not flaky at all or crispy or buttery. There were stale and dry and very disappointing. i’ve actually contacted the factory awhile ago to cater for work and they were super friendly so I would like to give them a try but by ordering directly from them. I also love what they do by supporting refugee and immigrants and getting them a job and making them make beautiful bread. I’ve tried the bread before from the market and the sourdough was delicious. My two star review is about the pastry I had today which was really dry as you can see in the photo. It wasn’t a croissant at all it was a brioche, dry one!!

Super duper bread. I was offered this bread purely out of luck. I’d finished a class at university and a mysterious man approached me offering a loaf of bread. I inquired what kind of bread is this? And met the reply of “life changing.” Henceforth the bread has provided for my family through my mother’s breast cancer treatment as well as setting me up with my six wives. I cannot thank this bread enough. I am of the firm belief that this is indeed the bread Jesus himself which I have interacted with and I have indulged in the body of Christ himself.

Bought from carriageworks...this rye was probably a day old already, and completely without flavour or crust quality. Just appalling. Apparently now selling in Woolies. This is a side project of the very credible Bourke st boys...not sure what's gone wrong here...

This business is amazing and so are the workers.

I was honestly having such a bad day but the pastries I bought from here were phenomenal. When I entered the store I was warmly greeted by the workers who had the most contagious smile and best customer service skills i've seen in a long time! Kudos to the owners for finding such gems for workers.

I highly recommend this store and will most definitely be...
