The Peaberry Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

It was our 6th/7th visit to this cafe.trying to go regular as much as we could..we live locally and never had an issue untill today..ordered couple of coffee and brekkie..but had couple of hair in our big boy bacon & egg roll and we just wanted to point out that there was a hair in our food didn't want refund or replacement..we know it happens as me and my partner both are in the same industry..we just wanted to address and clearly told we don't need anything just addressing it but the owner or barista replied with; i cooked it myself and i am bald no hair in my head''..for us it felt it was very unprofessional..we just expected a decent reply nth more than that..we didn't argue with a person replying in such a way it felt uselss..but just a suggestion and giving u info via review that hair doesn't just comes out of ur head check ur hands too..it happens and we understand which alot wouldn't..u just need a courage to handle it properly rather than being stupidly defensive..u ruined our day with ur reply..thanks for that. 45 muitutes wait for sit down meal to arrive on table. $90 for four people breakfast and drinks. Forgot Bacon part for bacon and eggs. Paid $10 bucks for a toast that was half a toast... Taste was great but undersized and definitely overpriced. I had a look at the shelf and every other item seemed overpriced, i should have turned around at that point, mistake...
