Went to take my mother in law out for dinner for Mother’s Day. I called this morning on the mobile number on their Instagram page spoke to a lady and booked a table for 7 adults 2 kids she replied with a table for 10.. okay! We arrived at 6:45pm for a 7pm booking to be told that we don’t actually have a reservation, but the gentleman said not to worry he will sort out a table for us. No one attended to our table to give us a menu or take drinks order I had to ask a worker, he gave us 2 menus. We pretty much knew what we wanted to order, but continued to wait for someone to come and take our order, finally after 20mins someone came to take our order. I ordered two platters, shopska salad 2 bowls of chips, soft drinks & cocktails. We waited 1.5hrs for our food as we asked where our food was as people around us that came after us had already ate and left we still waited. They all looked confused as our order had been lost they then said it will be 15-20mins for the food to come out but they will bring complimentary bowl of 4 rock hard potatos and a plate of bread with cheese.. now the food was great.. not to mention the jug of coke no sugar came out flat and we asked for the kids 2 bowls of chips to come as the kids were getting restless, the man comes out with wedges saying they don’t have any more chips and this is the last serving that they had, again fine. Then come to ask for the bill he brings the receipt to the table I check it and go to pay as it totaled to $217 we thought they have given us a discount for the total muck around, bad service and inconvenience I get to till to pay he realises he gave me the wrong bill and our bill was $350 with Mother’s Day surcharge to add to it.. This is for the Kogarah store. My family, a group of 17, booked over a month ago to celebrate our mum’s birthday and our Easter. What a mistake that was. didn’t have a table set up for our group. The ONE waiter had to scrounge around for recently used, dirty tables. We had to help him set up. When he cleaned the tables, all the food scraps went onto the chairs. when we sat down we asked for table water, it never came. Asked again, never came. there was ONE waiter the entire time, trying to serve every single table in the place. I honestly felt bad for him because he was running around doing so many jobs and forgetting things. we waited for food for 2 hours and it all came out inconsistently and at different times (including the skewer dish that came out for 6 of us without chips… then after everyone was done eating, the chips came out) despite the food taking ages to come out, it was somehow cold? the manager did not seem to care when we raised our concerns with her we constantly had to ask for certain drinks they’d forget to bring out. One of the drinks had a bug in it too. after we’d asked for the bill, 2 salads came out… we said “we didn’t order these” and the waiter said they were side dishes with our other food…. The other food must’ve come out 30-40mins earlier. Extremely disappointing restaurant experience and completely ruined my mums birthday and Easter for our family. Last night I have visited this restaurant for my grandmothers 70th birthday.

This was the first time I have visited this restaurant and will be the last!

We ordered drinks and waited over an hour and half to get them. We had missing drinks that we kept following up on, which also took another half and hour of our time to get told they sold out.

Ordered a jug of coke to get given no cups. Once again followed up to get cups to being told they need to wash them as they don’t have clean ones.

We ordered our food with our drinks, we waited 2 hours and still didn’t receive any food!!!!

We have watched people being seated way after us to them already getting there drinks and full meals before us and we were still waiting for our food and our missing drinks 2 hours into our booking! We have all one by one got up to talk to staff to ask what was going on and why it’s taking to long. All we got was staff thinking it was a funny joke and says a half a** apology and still issue not resolved.

The music was so loud to the max in the restaurant that we had to yell to talk at the table….last time I checked this was a restaurant not a nightclub.

The staff was useless and not helpful at all. We ended up leaving and going to the RSL instead and got the best service and our correct drinks! We also got our food within half an hour of being there.

I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone! I will definitely be spreading the word of how horrible the restaurant and...
