Tran's restaurant is a cosy Vietnamese fusion restaurant that has been around for almost 30 years. Lanna the owner and chief of chef always has customers at heart and make sure they are well looked after. If you are looking for Vietnamese street food, don't go there. But if you appreciate nice modern Vietnamese delicacy in a fine dining atmosphere to enjoy a relax evening or celebrate with your love one, that could be your go to and you won't regret about it!

First dine in at Tran's after years and years of passing by. Modern Vietnamese cuisine and we all love the vibes. Food is good, found some of the dishes a bit over-priced like brown rice buddha. Scallops is nothing like a photo on the website. Love duck pancakes and fish curry. 6 of us spent $350+ young girl with glasses provided a good service.

This Vienamese restaurant is fabulous for many reasons: The staff, vibe, but most of all the food! The dishes are completely different to many other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to - the food here is genuine and cooked delightfully with care. There are no strange tastes or overwhelming flavours as with some Vietnamese restaurants - these dishes have obviously been expertly created and tested.

Entree: Get the ravioli which is a juicy parcel of pork and veggies. For mains I always go for the pork ribs, which are cooked to perfection (I don't normally eat fat on things but this is amazing) with some lovely spices. The lemongrass chicken, and curry prawns in a young coconut are also awesome.

Don't be deterred by the prices, this spot is definitely worth a booking on a busy...

We ate at Trans in 2020 and returned again in 2021 with another couple. The food was good although expensive for what it is. We had booked a table via The Fork for a discount to be applied. When the bill came we said that the discount hadn't been applied. We were told that the discount does not apply on Saturdays. I said it is Friday. She said oh, and on Fridays. Our booking did say a discount would apply and was confirmed by Tran's several days before we arrived. Anyway, she refused to apply the $60 discount. We don't like being deceived or lied to so we and our friends won't be back. Tran's has lost our custom and any...

Dreadful Service and Food. Booked through 'OpenTable' for a Saturday night. Restaurant was full but only 1 person was available to take orders. There were long delays both ordering and receiving food which, when it came, was the wrong order. The food was tasteless (boneless duck), looked nothing like the heavily embellished photos on their website and the sauce made both my wife and I feel nauseous. The side of mixed vegetables looked like a frozen packet from Woolworths with all-purpose dried seasoning. Prices were excessive for what we received. I have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants and this was...
