We’ve been to Venn Café many times, and it never disappoints! From the friendly service to the beautifully presented dishes, everything about this place makes it a go-to for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.

The pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs are absolutely divine. The pancakes are fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, the bacon is crispy and smoky, and the scrambled eggs are cooked to perfection—creamy, soft, and buttery. The combination of these flavours is simply unbeatable.

The almond chai latte is a must-try! It’s warm, fragrant, and beautifully spiced, with a perfect balance of almond nuttiness and chai’s signature blend of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Every sip feels like a comforting hug in a cup.

Be careful coming to this restaurant. They have a lot of secret charges and would not change even the same issue happened before ( see previous review ) . They charge you ketchup sauce despite one has dishes with chips . They charge you refilling hot water into pot of English breakfast tea . Mind you , they charge you $5.50 for English breakfast tea BAG , not loose leaves . Of course , they charge you if you request a small portion of hot water accompanying long black . Not just these are utterly unreasonable charges ( none of the above charges happen in any other cafes or restaurants) , the staff would not tell the customers beforehand. These are just pure ripoffs. If one still decides to come to this cafe with a lot of hidden charges , please ask for the receipt and check carefully. By the way , this restaurant only responds to good reviews but not the poor ones ....

Not kid friendly AT ALL!!! Had a shocking experience last week with the worst customer service ever. It was a rainy day and we were trying to buy time for the rain to settle so we (myself, hubby and baby) stopped for a feed. As this was an unexpected stop, we didn't have many toys for our kid and so I was trying to use the laminated menu and a teaspoon to entertain the baby. The waiter was rude, never smiled at us and kept taking the menu away despite me explaining the situation. He also got our order wrong and didn't even apologize about it, as though it was our mistake? It's really not that hard to just be nice.

Anyway, the 3 stars are for their brekky wraps with chilli jam and coffee - both are quite good. Otherwise I wouldn't be...
