Xue Xiang Northern Cuisine — Restaurant in Sydney

The Snow Village Dumpling House, also known as, Xue Xiang Northern Cuisine, on Maryanne Street Ultimo is EXCELLENT! The food is so delicious. I can’t even explain. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The prices are SO GOOD ~ very affordable. But let’s talk food and nutrition… The food is SO FRESH and TASTY and so authentic. The herbs and spices were to perfection. The restaurant caters for vegetarians. The vegetarian food was so good and cooked to perfection. The meat eaters loved their dishes as well. We were all just so satisfied beyond any expectations. The service was wonderful as well. It feels very cosy and family oriented.

I was highly recommended this restaurant by a customer at work, so I decided to check it out. It is in a terrace house on Maryanne Street Ultimo, it looks colourful ~ but quite small, and yes, I was confused by the name as it has the English name, Snow Village but also Xue Xiang. Have been waiting for 50min already and still none of my dish was served. The restaurant prioritize take away orders and we could see dine in clients are all waiting like us. Before the food was served, I would like to give 1 star review already because this is absolutely abnormal. Waitstaff/owner is not attentive at all and told people to wait, wait and wait again.
