Terrible customer service!! Had to wait 10 minutes just to order one drink! Because eftpos machine somehow didn't work and staff didn't bother to explain to me, he was busy playing games on his phone and he didn't even apologize for it! Why work at all if you don't have basic human manner?!! Disgusting. No wonder the shop is always empty when I walk pass, must be from poor quality drinks and customer service! Total waste of time!!!! Owner should hire better staff or just close down! There are much much better bubble tea shops out there...
