Excellent service which is why I am giving my top marks five out of five plus service.

Cleanliness: clean tables clean environment.

X-factor: i must admit this cafe is one of the most friendliest cafes I have ever been to be in the young lady on the counter rate a five out of five.

The only negative is that the carrot cake was dry - I prefer a more moist carrot cake. Overall , very impressed with the friendly nature of the staff that served me today.

I will be back.

I recently ordered catering for an event, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and food provided by Oriel's. From the start, the communication was seamless and friendly. I ordered a variety of items including fruit platters, sweet pastry boxes, and bread boxes, all of which were not only ready on time but also exceeded my expectations.

Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food, and it truly made our event special. Their attention to detail and customer service is top-notch.
