Wohlers Cafe — Restaurant in Tanunda

Ordered a iced long black was charged 7.95, 50c more expensive than a large cappuccino, asked for plenty of ice and very little water ended up with a lot of water with very little ice, what's so hard, took it back and they were more than happy to make another sadly it was just in a bigger glass heaps of water with ice. Asked again as I had stated when first ordering, I didn't want water added just ice, finally try 3 and at last no water added, all the extra water just dilutes the coffee and turns it bitter and muddy, in my opinion not good. The staff were very good and obliging, no complaints there. I however will not have another coffee here as $7.95 for a black coffee with ice is ridiculous especially when the same size cappuccino withe the same amount of shots is 50c cheaper. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and attitude here. I’ve asked for a soy chia latte and I’ve received regular milk. I’ve been vegan for 6 years and I’m not gonna stop now. I’ve politely asked if they forgot the soy and I’ve been abruptly told that it’s my fault. I can tell you now I told them I wanted soy twice in my order so I’m a bit confused. THEN to top it off she’s told me to come back up to the front to pay for the 70c extra. I’m not sure if customer service is taught here in this cafe but...

We came in as a group of adults with a disability, the staff were extremely accomodating and lovely. Food was wonderful, promptly brought out and hot. Everything was delicious and cost effective. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop and enjoyed walking around the wares afterwards. We particularly were impressed with the coffee and milkshakes as they were very nice. We would give 20 stars if we could!
