Well, what to say. Food, don't know still didn't eat there. Family of 10 for my 14yr birthday dinner, I booked 2weeks prior with specific seating request and advising that we would all be having the banquet so $45-$55 a head not including drinks. We walked into a freezing and poorly light restaurant instantly seeing that a party was already seated at the table 24, the table i booked. When bought up, I was instantly dismissed and place in the middle of the room all on plastic freezing chairs. We choose to relocate ourselves for better ambience, Unfortunately it wasn't much better. We sat and thought let's maybe try even though we are not starting well but sitting freezing sitting under air conditioners that weren't even on. Come on, its Saturday night with a table going to spend at least $500 and he can't be bothered to turn on the air con. The last straw when my birthday girl asked for new plates as there's were dirty.. We walked out in full view of the owner and staff. Its just so disappointing as local, who tries to support our local businesses as best as possible but I really can't comment on the food but as for the service and venue, I wouldn't bother. Its not welcoming, it looks over priced and the customers certainly a not a priority in the tuff climate. Please go spend your money were it is truly appreciated. Would not recommend and would not return

Upon walking in the atmosphere was striking, felt a little gimmicky but I was okay with it, but no one was there. Upon tasting the food it became abundantly clear why. Hummus tasted like it was from a can and baba gnoush only tasted of garlic, no tahini or eggplant. The olive oil also seemed discoloured and I have doubts it is even olive oil. Fatoush only tasted of lemon, which was slightly disappointing as I hoped for some pomegranate molasses (I am aware not everyone adds it but it's just a personal preference for me). Vine leaves were bland and slightly dry, and didn't taste fresh. Once the grill came out my family and I were thoroughly disappointed, kaftah only tasted of lamb and no seasoning, chicken was weirdly textured and tasted like left over and we left still hungry. Overall for a banquet that was 45 per person, I expected much better and hoped for a familiar taste of home, but was greeted with bland, leftovers.

By other reviews it seems you get good nights & bad nights here, ours was thankfully a good night. Fast, friendly service & the best lebanese food I've ever had. It wasn't a busy night though.

AWFUL, AWFUL I FELT RIPPED OFF!!, JUST TOOK MY SON THERE FOR HIS 20th BIRTHDAY(RUINED WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CELEBRATION) ALONG WITH MY OTHER 3 CHILDREN 2 OF WHOM ARE CLASSED AS ADULTS AND 1 CHILD OF 7 YRS OLD. I PRE BOOKED THE TABLE AND REQUESTED THE MID WEEK SPECIAL $29 PER HEAD FOR A 3 COURSE BANQUET AND THE 7 YEAR OLD WOULD COST $15. i HAD BEEN THERE BEFORE WITH 3 ADULTS IN TOTAL, AT LUNCHTIME FOR THE SAME DEAL. .WHEN WE ARRIVED WE CONFIRMED OUR BOOKING TOOK OUR SEATS THEN WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED, FINALLY WE GOT DELIVERED 2 PLATES OF DIPS SOME LEBENESE BREAD AND 2 PLATES OF SALAD. I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE GARLIC DIP THAT I HAD EXPERIENCED BEFORE BUT IT DID NOT ARRIVE SO I WAITED WAITED AND WAITED THEN OUR HOT SKEWERS OF MEAT STARTED TO ARRIVE SO I ASKED FOR THE GARLIC AND WAS PROMPTLY GIVEN 1 SMALL PORTION THAT SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN SIITING BEHIND THE WAITERS DESK ALL ALONG. NOW LET ME EXPLAIN I KNEW ABOUT THE GARLIC BRCAUSE THIS WAS A SPECIAL THAT I HAD HAD BEFORE SO I KNEW WHAT I WAS MEANT TO GET. AFTER WAITING AGAIN FOR WHAT SEEMED AN ETERNITY THEY FINNALY BROUGHT OUT 4 CHICKEN SKEWERS, 4 LAMB AND 4 BEEF. THAT WAS IT!1 $134 FOR 12 MEAT SKEWERS BETWEEN 5 PEOPLE.......THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $3 FOR GIVING ME A GLASS FOR OUR WINE. I ASKED THE WATRESS IF SHE COULD TELL ME IF THAT WAS IT OR WAS THERE ANOTHER COURSE, SHE SAID THAT SHE WAS UNSURE AND WOULD TALK TO THE BOSS, SO I WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED UNTIL I GOT FED UP WAITING AND WENT TO THE COUNTER AND ASKED FOR HIM. HE ARRIVED BUT WAS UNABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS IE, WHERE WERE MY 3 COURSES? HOW COME WE GOT LESS FOOD FOR 5 THAN I HAD PREVIOUSLY GOT FOR 3 PEOPLE, HE DID TELL ME THAT THIS BANQUET COULD BE DIFFERENT, BUT THAT MADE NO SENSE AS IT WAS THE SAME DEAL I HAD REQUESTED BEFORE. SO WHAT A DIFFERENT EXPERINCE I HAD JUST THE PREVIOUS WEEK WHEN I HAD BEEN RIGHT NEXT DOOR IN ANOTHER EATERY, WHAT I RECIEVED THERE WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE TO THIS VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, POOR SERVCE POOR VALUE FOR MONEY......

I recently visited Arabian Lounge hoping for a flavorful Lebanese meal, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had.

The food was, in a word, bland. Every dish seemed to lack the vibrant spices and seasonings Lebanese cuisine is known for. The baba ganoush, which I was excited to try, tasted off and was clearly not fresh. It left an unpleasant aftertaste that made it impossible to enjoy.

The meat dishes were no better. Not only was the meat undercooked, but it also had absolutely no flavor. It was as though no effort had been made to marinate or season it.

To add to the disappointment, the service was mediocre at best. When I requested room temperature tap water, the waiter seemed genuinely shocked and claimed they couldn’t provide it. I had to explicitly ask him to pour out the chilled water and refill it with tap water—and voila, problem solved! It was baffling that such a simple request caused so much confusion. Or was it their reluctance to provide the service?

The lack of attention to detail in the food and preparation was shocking. For a cuisine that thrives on bold flavors and freshness, this meal was a complete letdown.

Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant. It was a waste of time and money, and I left feeling thoroughly disappointed. For anyone craving authentic Lebanese food,...
