This would have to be the absolute worst experience I've EVER had dining out. Which is saying something given I have dined out all over the world. My family and I came here for dinner today. We ordered a range of dishes including the 'stir fried squid salted egg with "authentic thai spices"'. When the dish was presented it looked ghastly. Basically frozen squid with scrambled egg on top and a little turmeric mixed through the egg. There was nothing of interest in it, no chillies nothing but yellow slop. The taste was non-existent and it looked nothing like the image in the menu. So, I decided to confront the manager about this. She is really something else. An absolute Thai Banshee. Rude, arrogant and unapologetic. Clearly she has no sense of what good customer service is. She was more interested in being righteous and yelling at my wife and I and insulting us in front of everybody instead of taking on any criticism or complaint or putting her customers happiness above her own ego. There are at least five other Thai restaurants within the space of 100m. I would highly recommend you go anywhere over this place. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE in...

I wish I'd read the reviews. The decor is amazing and is what drew me in. The staff were so so. Not interested in recommending a dish, then suggested the green curry when I asked again. I didn't want the green curry so had said I was considering the massaman. The staff member then suggested the panang, and said "it's impossible to mess up a panang". I ended up with yellow curry and fishcakes. Fishcakes were rubbery, not the light refreshing coriander and lemongrass style I usually would get from a Thai place. The curry....... It had a little heat so that's a bonus. Was really watery, massive big potato halves in it and very little meat. It said yellow curry with carrot and onion, but it was mostly potato. Rice was ok, maybe a little over cooked. The flavour was very very little. It's really a shame because the decor and serving ware...

Don’t waste your time or money. We visited pre cha Thai whilst holidaying in the central coast- because it looked quieter had available tables for our families to sit outside. There was no wait staff on the floor, only a new employee on counter and the manager was with the cooks in the back. We cleared our own tables to sit down- Ordered our food at 7:45pm - entrees took about 45 minutes and by 9pm we still hadn’t received our food (yet people who just walked in had starting getting theirs) we demanded a refund (our bill total was $191 only to receive $95 back for 5 entrees and drinks) Not only was it poor service the manager then abused the poor new staff member infront of us. This is outrageous service , very poorly managed and lack of customer care....

My partner and I order take away here and we’re happy with the quick delivery time. We ordered the Wonton soup, stir fry egg noodle and the lemongrass chillli chicken. Overall the food was mediocre, but the worst part of the experience was the full folded up napkin we found cooked into the stir fry noodles. Which my partner only found after he’d taken a bite. Not sure how this slipped past and managed to get served to us. Won’t be ordering here again due to the lack of care for there food.
