Domino's Pizza Torquay VIC — Restaurant in Torquay

I cannot express my frustration enough with the service at Domino's Torquay. Our $200 dinner order turned into a nightmare as the pasta was poorly cooked. Upon complaining to the manager, we were informed that the oven fault affecting the food quality is a known issue to Domino's – a revelation that is nothing short of pathetic.

To make matters worse, when we requested an extra fork, we were charged an additional $1. Charging customers for a basic utensil is not just unreasonable but highlights the sheer lack of customer service ethics at this establishment.

In summary, my experience here was nothing short of horrendous. I strongly advise anyone considering dining at Domino's Torquay to steer clear. It's run by people who seem indifferent to customer satisfaction, making the overall customer service...

Update tried to buy a pizza twice this week end but on Sunday night could not in for over an hour then it was after 10pm it said book for tomorrow (Monday). The next day I walk 8klms to get a pizza but when I got to the front door at about 3:50 it looks like no life in the place no sign to say say hours. So of to Subway to get my dinner.

Not much on value range pizza. Not the same as adds on the TV Also to many cars parked on invisible footpaths in area so had to walk on...

Time and time again, my Partner and I have ordered delivery with the pizzas not having the extra toppings we requested AND the delivery driver arriving with no eftpos machine as we chose to "pay on delivery" to then get told we have to call the store to pay when it's their stuff up. Doesn't help the situation when the pizzas are cut wonky/uneven. Only reason I give more than 1-2 stars is because the food still...
