First off why would anyone order a Margherita Pizza with parmasen on it 🤢 and second why still hand me the pizza that i just told you wasn't mine and charge me an extra $1 for a topping I didn't even order and confirmed to you in person that I didn't order! So upset with the fact I cannot eat my Pizza because it taste like feet! 😭 so disappointed the lady still handed me a Margherita pizza after confirming with me "the margherita with Parmasen" and having me say no just the normal margherita Pizza... $21 wasted.. a whole bunch of food wasted so sad because despite the feet smell and the look the crust and base looked lovely. Shame I can't eat it 😕
Well considering she asked me twice and I confirmed twice that no my name wasn't Emma it was aimee and no I ordered the normal margherita AND THERE WAS ONLY 1 PIZZA BOX SITTING THERE WITH THE NAME EMMA WRITTEN ON IT! There is simple no excuse. I live a 25 minute drive away and tried to contact your store 3 times with no anwser so yes, i did leave you a poor review for your poor service! And it will sit here for everyone to read so they are awear they clearly need to confirm with your staff that they are receiving the correct order. Oh and also your site clearly states your Margherita pizza is $20 soooo either your wrong or your menu is wrong? Either way poor service and very disgusting that you think replying to me with "oh but we would have refunded you but you left a negative review" is acceptable! How about you speak with your staff and explain to her that when she stuffs up it effects the company so to please double check with the chef before she hands a take away meal to a customer paying $21 for a daym pizza! I'm allowed to be upset i was gaven the completely wrong order and I'm allowed to be upset that your staff member despite me using very clear words ignored everything I said to her and still gave me the incorrect meal. So enjoy...
Read moreWe have previously lived at Trinity Beach and dined at ll Chiosco in the past which was ok in dining and service. We now live in Tasmania returning over the 2024 New Year to see friends and dine out. The night we attended ll Chiosco the restaurant was in a word ‘manic’ - so busy. Joel (manager) and Victoria were seating and waiting and plainly under the pump. However the service, care and attendance to us and others was unprecedented even when tables needed to be cleared and reset Victoria took the time to chat. Now we ordered the Fillet Migon and this part I need to emphasise to any reader to please read my next comment. This Fillet Mignon was an absolute delight, cooked to perfection in which your knife slide through this fillet and the meat melted in one’s mouth along which a lingering taste. This was to the point my wife asked me not to speak to her during her meal as the enjoyment of this plate was exquisite. Total complements to the chef - yes - but in total this team at ll Chiosco just took the dining to an exceptional level. Well done to the front of house team and the chefs working in high humid temperatures and turning out such a beautiful meal. My husband wrote this review along with my...
Read moreWas very much keen to try food here after reading all the reviews, however I left feeling like it was nice, but nothing overly special. I actually thought I had ordered the Tortellini but instead Gnocchi came out which I really didn’t want , but on this occasion couldn’t be bothered mentioning it to the waitress. The chef kindly added mushrooms to this vegetarian dish which was appreciated as it had nothing in it aside from Gnocchi in pumpkin sauce with goats cheese. The pizza was a good size but very soggy bottom, crunchy crust, nice home made pizza but I tried a slice of it and it was ok, nice and thin but being a bit soggy harder to eat. The seafood pasta looked nice enough. I think the highlight of the night was the dessert that my friends had the Tiramisu. Had to get up and ask for pepper and salt, my dish was too salty to be honest. Think I have been too spoilt at Pist4cchis & Mayhems where the Gnocchi and pasta dishes are far superior and would prob return there v here for the cost...
