McDonald's Tuart Hill — Restaurant in Tuart Hill

Really disappointed with the service here. I use to love Tuart hill Mcdonalds, it was the best place to come to even when it was late at night, however, I have never in my lifetime experienced such poor customer service as I did last week. The Indians that they have running the night-shift are so rude, arrogant, and I must say extremely unintelligent when it comes to following basic instructions/orders, not to mention trying to understand a word they are saying.

I asked for a double McChicken burger with 6 nuggets, even on the screen, it was right. I get to the pay area, and the lady says "A double McChicken with 24 nuggets, right?" I said no, its a double McChicken with 6 nuggets please and then I was waiting for 5 minutes as 5 of them couldn't work out how to retract the order they that stuffed up. The manager asked what is going on as there was a delay, and the other lady blatantly says to her boss right in front of me, "well he wanted 24 nuggets and now he's asking for 6 so its not my fault" I then told the boss that isn't true I asked for 6, and they stuffed the order up, the lady didn't even give me the right amount of money back to make up the difference between the 24 nuggets that they mistakenly added to my order. I thought stuff it im not gonna complain about this as it was now over 5 minutes and people seemed to be getting very impatient behind me, so I drove to the next window to pick up my order. When I went to pick up my order, they almost gave me someones else's order, so again I had to wait for them to prepare the right order. I eventually got my order, and when I opened up my McChicken burger, it was only a single, not a double McChicken.

Safe to say I will never come back to Tuart hill Maccas again, especially at night when you have useless Indian workers, who don't care and are the most arrogant bunch I have ever met. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and will not...

Edit: tried this place again today; they didn’t have medium cups so we asked them to put medium sized coffee in the large cups... they charged us for large coffees. Furthermore we ran into the same woman who rolled her eyes at us last time and my colleague didn’t stop the car as he grabbed the bag which was being hung out the window, this woman then followed us to the next window exclaimed “don’t snatch the bag next time” and left as quick as she came. Disgusting treatment of customers.

Edit: I’ve just downgraded this to a 1 Star review because the coffee was absolutely horrible, to the point it is not drinkable. I wonder if this was done on purpose.

One week ago I gave this restaurant a 5 star review, today I am reducing this to 2 stars for the following reason:

At exactly 6:58am my colleague and I drove through this restaurant to make an order, the staff member who took the order was extremely rushed and while taking the spoke over my colleague a number of times.

After placing an order for myself, the staff member said “drive thru please” to which my colleague said he had not finished yet. No reply. After a few seconds he shouted “oi”, still no reply. After a few moments I said “hellooooo” and the staffer said “yeah I’m still here”. Once we completed the order and went to collect our food a brown skinned woman who appeared to be a manager completely avoided eye contact with us as she handed the food through the window and walked off rolling her eyes.

This place HAS to be THE worst Mcdonalds in the Perth Metropolitan area. 9 times out of 10 when I visit this joint, something bad happens. Bad or slow service, bad food, or, badly stuffing up my order. Today was no exception. Ordered 2 large fries and a double cheeseburger. Please reference attached photo for Mcdonalds Tuart Hill's idea of a "large" fries. Woeful, to put it mildly. No I have not eaten any prior to the pic taken, and NO, none fell out of the bag they came in. The burger was equally disappointing in quality. Seriously, seriously, seriously had a gut full of this incompetent establishment of substandard service and cuisine. Lost count of the number of shockingly bad experiences endured. Yes I know, people will say "It's fast food, not fine dining". True. But I would urge readers to bypass this cursed place if you are out looking for a decent feed. There are MUCH better versions of this franchise at Mirrabooka and Innaloo, both just a short drive away. Friendlier and more professional staff, they get your order correct, as well as a much more satisfying meal. I, for one, will never frequent this mob of jokers again.
