The Indian guy whose the manager at this pizza place needs a big lesson on good customer care . I made an order on a pizza by looking on the poster ( new summer prawn range) and within 5 minutes realised after looking at the more detailed printed menu that this pizza had an ingredients that I can't eat. I immediately told this manager and I requested another pizza but he basically said it's already being prepared and that I can't change my order as they would "lose money " on it and it would come out of his pocket personally ; I'm thinking "really ?! " all this ridiculous attitude for a pizza ! His attitude and response was disgraceful, uncaring and I felt embarrassed in front of other customers. This seems petty and a meanness of spirit that isn't the Aussie way. I was down South Coast for a holiday and this experience spoilt it. Do yourselves a favour and buy at the more authentic pizza place just 3 doors away called "Tony's pizza house" where they are more civil , polite and have a much better service and you will support a small local business and not a greedy money orientated Dominos chain run by greedy managers whose bottom line is they don't give a damn about the customer when a small issue arises but only care about profits and money. Based on this I'm never going to any Dominos again as this so called manager spoilt my...
Read moreAs an ex-domino’s supervisor, this is one of the worst stores i have ever been to. i take great pride as an ex-employee in recommending the company for food as well as careers.
there are HUGE workplace health and safety hazards in this store, no hair nets, no hats, no name badges, no belts and shirts not tucked in, people on make + cut with NO gloves - might i add these things are ALL company requirement.
might i also add, an e-biker who’s obviously had a long shift is wearing a soaked jumper and is on cut. wet, sweaty, bacteria filled sleeves bouncing into/on the pizza.
most employees were lovely despite not welcoming when i first entered the store.
potentially 250°-300° foil on the garlic bread not in the bag designed to stop the oil draining and not harm employees/customers.
the gentlemen on cut allowed the very UNFULL oven back up multiples no haste, potentially burning multiple pizzas = lots of remakes. meaning large variances at end of night.
said gentlemen on cut who i believe to be tonights manager/supervisor asked fellow employees to do multiple tasks and they did not respond.
Lots of work needed...
Read moreAs I strolled in, I saw Brody just hanging out at the front lookin some idle NPC waiting for someone to come up to him. He locked eyes with me, lifted his arm over his head, and did this wacky wave, man. It was like watching a video game character or something, you feel me? But, whatever, I was just there for some 'za, so I went up to the counter.
When I tried to order, Brody hit me with, "Are you here for your quest?" I was like, "No way, man, I'm just here for pizza." But he kept going on like I was some hero on a mission or something. I can dig a good joke, but this was just... weird, man.
Finally, when I went to pay, Brody hit me with the same line from when I first walked in: "Are you here for your quest?" I just sighed, handed over the cash, and bounced. He did his wacky wave again as I was leaving
As for the pizza, it was pretty bad, man. But that whole experience with Brody? That's something I won't forget anytime soon. So, I'm giving this Domino's three stars - the pizza was a bummer, but the service was...
