Lack of customer service, where you are all but ignored by very young adults but that can be almost excused as they obviously dont want to engage with the customer.
Order a Chicken Schnitzel Roll, chips and 2 poaced eggs on toast that are cooked not runny, plus 2 milkshakes.
Eggs not cooked correctly and they arrive 13mins later than roll.
If you can not staff or run a business with the customer in mind then dont bother with handing the eggs on toast price back.

Please train your staff and help them. If you are going to hire juniors continuously direct them into what they need to do. They are not working for you to run your business they are working to gain experience and exposure to a working life and to help.
