BRUBURGER — Restaurant in Victoria

Nice hole in the wall place, bar next door (open after 5PM) with a cafe and a ice cream place on the other side. nice little area for families with lots of choices.

I was disappointed in the burger, but i will be going back.

Server was on phone when i approached counter, Not ideal but he was very nice

I ordered the blue cheese burger which was my mistake ordering this the first time i had been to this particular burger joint as they are often hard to get right.

Burger is a beauty to behold.

WAY too much caramelized onion that takes over the flavor of the whole burger. the patty seemed, well lackluster. bacon was cooked very well, tomato and lettuce was super fresh, the pickles should have been on the side. blue cheese was overpowered by the onion unfortunately.

I'm happy i ate on site as the amount of liquid would have ruined the bun by the time i got home.

Chippies were great but it's hard to stuff up a chippie, not the best, surely not the worst though.

I'll be going back as this is a great area to bring friends/family on a nice day (outside dining area) but i will be more particular about how i order my burger.

Much better than Jack's & McClowns and ready before i could finish...

I'm a celiac and holiday at Echuca-Moama often and Bruburger has been our favourite burger joint since we first started eating there amazing burgers and being a celiac it's great being able to eat at Bruburger and enjoy there burgers and gluten free buns without being sick until now when today my husband ordered me a gf burger as usual but after 3 bites I noticed a difference so I took it to the counter asked if it was gluten free got told it wasn't and was told sorry but nothing else until I said I wanted a refund they said sorry again I said I would be in pain and vomiting and that sorry wasn't going to help me and they said I should have known it wasn't gluten free straight away. I'm not a bread expert not all rolls and breads are the same. When ordering they were told gluten free bun so obviously they should have done there job or if they were out of buns mention it. They have lost a customer which is disappointing because they do make great burgers but I'm not willing to risk my health and other...

My poor experience waiting nearly an hour. Ordered some burgers and some sides for our young hungry kids after our long drive. After waiting 30 mins for our order I went to check. They said they would start them now. I assume they had forgot and missed our order. Anyway 10 mins later I went back to check and still they hadn't started the order. This to me is unacceptable and not good enough so I wanted to speak to a manager to complain. The staff are unfriendly, have very poor customer service and seem they don't care as they didn't even acknowledge the delay and maybe that they had missed our order as other people who ordered after us has already received there meal. I honestly have received better customer service at Maccas. I asked for a refund and left. The supervisor didn't even look bothered and stated that they are busy and only have 2 grills working. If that's the case my advice would be to inform customers how long they may need to wait. Will not return there again. The live music was quite...
