Taylor Swift Trivia Night,family event.Volumn coming out of the speakers inside that small space was too loud, especially for many of the children. Meals basic and expensive, chicken was dry and tough, kids spaghetti bolognaise, no mince just spaghetti and a pasta sauce, cheese used sprinkled on top makes the dish cluggy.Wrong cheese used.One of the meals they got the order wrong, The order was mash Vegies and chicken schnitzel and gravy, served with over cooked schnitzel,no gravy had to ask for it,mash and chips. Had to be taken back to the kitchen, they removed the chips, and replaced with two stems of broccoli.Other ingredients on the plate was cold, meal was hardly eaten.Will not return it was a terrible experience.With the cost of dining out at today's cost, kitchen food quality needs to improve, instead of cutting costs. The dining area is over crowded with too many tables, too close together, what ever happened too people's personal space, when you constantly had people passing by your table.And not much room to move...

The worst ever dining experience. The waitress was so rude and insisted that we have to accept the normal chippies served to us. We have ordered Beer Battered Chips as listed on the dinner menu but was served normal chippies. When we said that wasn't our order, the waitress said that's what you get cos that's the only chippies we serve and she rudely walked away. We were not informed that there's no beer battered chips when our order was taken. Why should we be treated rudely when we politely ask? We asked for some chilli flakes and the waiter said I do not know? What?? The Lamb Shank was tasteless, the meat was dry and the sauce was dry as well. We will not ever come back for such bad and rude service. Will definately post this on social media. The waitress was totally disgusting with her...

Nice hotel room with a balcony & lovely outlook to the campase river. Close to restaurants, cafes &|hotels and a very short walk to the Port of Echuca . I would recommend a car / cab if you need to do groceries at the nearby Woolworths or Coles unless you’re active and don’t need too many items. |Downside to this room is that it is located at the back of 2 hotels with beer gardens so Friday & Saturday nights gets noisy with bands & people talking (maybe not in off peak) until around 10pm. |The rubbish truck turned up at 5:40 am then another recycling truck not long after. As it’s on the river with lots of trees there are many birds are in noisy until about 930pm and then again at 6am. Therefore, if you like a sleep in this is not the place for you….. unless you easily fall...
