Common People — Restaurant in Victoria

I’ve got Iced latte and milkshake and before order asked them they have a plastic cups for that or no they said no just a paper cups. And I’ve got my iced latte with paper cups and milkshake came with plastic. That’s totally ok but I asked them a plastic cups for my iced latte at the beginning and I said if I knew it they have I preferred that one and said to her for ice coffee because doesn’t get melt or taste get gross. She answered very rudely, she said Im the cheff so, I served like that and good day. Its mean its what its. From begging I asked them a basic plastic cups and they said no we don’t have and giving my the other with plastic cup and behaving rudely. I’m sorry guys but good coffee doesn’t make up for really upsetting service. Today our regular order of 2 coffees got bumped to the back of the queue after receiving a phone order of 10. How does that make sense?? Standing by the street for close to 30 minutes waiting for 2 coffees, while Mr. 10 coffees comes up without a mask to get his first. I used to love common people! But I think the business has changed hands now. It shuts at 1pm and coffee & atmosphere is no where near as good as what it used to be!!! Felt ripped off coffee and food wasn’t anything special and overpriced, just not a vibe overall anymore. The lady who served me was also very unenthusiastic unlike people who have worked there previously.. lost the shine...
