If there's one thing that really irks me about cafes, it's wobbly tables that shake when you're trying to eat your meal, potentially spilling coffee everywhere. Yes, many of their tables wobble. It's wasn't just a case of bad luck. I tried multiple.

The Big Breakfast is nothing outstanding with one slice of sourdough, a hash brown, two smallish slices of bacon, some chorizo, 2 eggs, fried tomato, spinich and a mushroom, with a side of relish. Oh and some smashed avocado.

The Sticky Date Hot Cake was satisfying I'm told.

The premises also had an annoying broken and flickering downlight in the roof just inside the main sliding door entry. That must drive both staff and customers crazy alike.

Finally, I had to remind the waitress I required cutlery to eat my meal. Small issues overall but they all detract from an otherwise pleasant cafe...

My favourite cafe in Geelong. As a pregnant foodie who’s recently had to transition to a gluten-free lifestyle, this place is an absolute goldmine. DELICIOUS, TOP QUALITY food!! The Mexican chicken, vegan brownie, paleo donut and choc chia puddings are to die for. This weekend, I asked Skinny Dippers to cater my birthday picnic and somehow they managed to exceed my expectations again!! Super generous portions. The pumpkin salad was so flavoursome and hearty—an absolute crowd pleaser even for my sister in law who doesn’t like pumpkin! 😅 Best zucchini fritters I’ve personally had.
