Domino's Pizza Castlemaine — Restaurant in Victoria

They managed to lose my order twice in one night! I ordered online. When I showed up their video screen, over the counter, had my order listed as "ready". But the bloke who seemed to be in charge said "Uh, sorry we haven't made it yet. We've been that flat out."

I stopped back ten minutes later and the other kid said "Sorry, I forgot to make it again. I'm running behind." The manager or whatever he was, instead of helping the slow kid, just shook his head and said something like "He's been screwing up like this all week. He's hopeless."

At that point I gave up. Never again. They're a waste of time. The silver lining is that, reading some of the other reviews on here, I now realise that I probably dodged a bullet by avoiding a burnt or under...

It's disappointing when the best part of your meal is the drink. Pizza was extremely scarce in topping. The "Extra Mozzarella" Hawaiian pizza had the ham taken off to balance out the cost, I'm sure. One slice actually had 2 pieces of ham on it!!! For shredded ham thats terrible. Pepperoni pizza, 1 slice had one small piece of Pepperoni and another slice had half a piece. Dessert of chocolate fudge brownies was 50/50. They served the brownies hot but with a cold dipping sauce, doesn't make sense. They were bites but they were tiny little things around 3cm square each. Garlic bread was good. But I don't go to the pizza shop for garlic bread. In my opinion worst of the 3 pizza shops in Castlemaine. I'll go back to Big...

Been there a few times since moving to the area. We normally order 8-16 pizzas, every one of them with at least two changes to them. Haven't had a single issue with them at all. We live about 25 min away and its nice getting home and not having the bother of the order all messed up. People so far have been nothing but friendly and helpful, even get some free garlic bread tossed in every now and then which is appreciated. Over all good experiences with...
