Heavenly melts — Restaurant in Victoria

Decided to go to this place for waffles and was totally disgusted. We sat at a table that was filthy from previous diners. The chai tea was luke warm. They served us waffles with no cutlery to eat it with and what they ended up giving us was dirty and not washed properly. Didn't provide napkins. The little caddies they provide for cutlery had none in any of them. The vanilla slice had pepper on it from god knows what and was soggy and tasteless. Very dissapointed. Won't be coming back and will not be recommending this place to anyone. There was one girl just sitting behind the counter doing nothing. Customer service was appalling. Two workers and we were the only people in the store. They dumped the food on the table and told us they didn’t know what it was “he didn’t tell me what it was” the turkey tomato and cheese croissant was actually ham we asked for toasted but came out cold. Asked staff if any of the pide or bakes had onions, as I needed to avoid them. The reply was "I don't make them". There was no attempt to find out. I settled for a cheese and spinach pide, that had no reference to onions on the menu. Yes, it contains onions. So I just had to leave the whole thing after paying.
