They don't take bookings and accept only walk ins. We walked in on a Saturday evening couple of weeks back around 640pm. Kat attended us and informed that there were no tables available at the moment with overhead covering but there was a table available outside. This table was big and it could accommodate six people. We took the table and requested if anything indoors get available please give that to us. We did see a table inside which was free but didn't fuzz about it thinking she'll let us in eventually. When I wanted to use the toilet, I figured now there are two tables available indoors as the second table was being cleaned. So I asked Kat again for the table and she informed me she'll come and get us. We got the table which we saw was free when we walked in. And a bigger gang of 5 people who just walked in got the table which was being cleaned when I went to the toilet without the need to wait for it outside. Would have liked it, if we were told table is free give us five minutes when we walked in, instead of me seeing the table free and asking them and then again being asked to wait in the cold outside. We were happy to ignore this as we were famished.

We placed our food and drinks order using the QR code on the table. Got our drinks within 5 minutes, but the pizza hadn't arrived even after 35 minutes. When I enquired about the food, after checking the waitress came back and said the pizza order isn't there in the system. Luckily, I hadn't closed the order page in my mobile and was able to show it to her. While showing the page to the waitress, the chef came sat next to us asked what pizza did we order and promised us the pizza will be with us in 5 mins which was a nice gesture, and the pizza was with us in 5 mins.

Overall an OK experience, would've given it 1 star but the pizza was amazing and the gesture by the chef to come talk to us made...

amazing food, wine, beer and venue. only marked down as our orders were lost and the staff gave preference to locals when there was a queue at the bar… i personally think they would do better with old school table service but they have opted to keep the covid style qr system… so we constantly had wait staff asking us if we had ordered drinks or plates which didn’t belong to us. i hate that because it is easy for someone to be dishonest and claim food that isn’t theirs or make an honest mistake and claim someone else’s food who had been waiting longer… the staff were pretty lost. our food took a while to come out so although we were still hungry at the end of dinner we opted to leave because it felt like too much hassle. bring back human touch...

This place is a must if you love pizza, and require a gluten free option. I don’t tend to order pizza out because I generally come away disappointed. They’re normally smaller than your fellow diners pizzas, which results in food envy or they’re like eating pizza sauce and cheese on cardboard! This place makes their own bases which look and taste just like a traditional pizza! Oh my! It was delicious! Bonus, The chef, Dave , popped out to talk me through just how they make the dough… The traditional based pizza was wonderful too according to hubby.
