We'd had their brand of coffee elsewhere in Bright and enjoined it, so today we went to the source and what a result, fabulous, best coffee in town and they know how to make a hot coffee (if you ask). Choice of indoor or outdoor seating. There's a few food options, I had a very nice Nutella donut, but its mostly about the coffee. Helpful staff. I believe they do different coffee bean blends each day. Closes at 2 pm when it turns into a gin distillery!

Stopped in town overnight and needed a coffee before setting back off on the road. Checked out bean hunter and found this place. The coffee was absolutely amazing and the best I have had since leaving Adelaide. Well worth the stop. The staff are friendly. The toilets are clean and the shop just has this awesome cozy vibe about it. Definitely make sure you stop in if you need a coffee. Best coffee in town.

Just in case you didn’t already know this ‘bright gem’ is off the main drag in Churchill Avenue and is the best darn sourdough bread you can purchase in this sweet town. Wonderful smelling sourdough we tried the grain, fruit and ciabatta all deliciously moist and flavoursome. Simply the best!

From the ivory towers from which the employees looked upon. Their beady eyes watched as I entered the cafe. Almost as if I was to be swarmed by a plethora of owls. The lack of being greeted and smiles threw me as my presence was definitely noticed.

I awkwardly made my way to the front counter to order my coffee, credit to the owl with the broken wing. The bloke managed to grab my croissant with one hand. One word. Talent.

Damn good...

When in Bright on holidays recently tried a number of places for coffee. Sixpence was the pick of the crop in my opinion. Excellent coffee, plus warm, friendly professional service. The almond croissant I had one morning was great. Worth finding tucked away in street behind newsagent etc. Easier parking too than most other places. It has the daily newspapers too for customers to read, which is another big plus for me....
