Update - in response to the owner's reply:
I forgot to mention how rude the attitude was when I was asking for an additional spoon for the first time, without any further explanation, simply telling "no you cannot share, you have to pay for the extra spoon". As a customer I'd happily read any written rules before buying and make a decision whether to agree or not. I would not be happy with being told off/forced to comply with any vague/unclear/unreasonable rules after making the purchase already. Asking the customer to take the owner's perspective simply doesn't work. If you are not happy with the way the business runs, you should come up with better strategies, rather than treating the customers like thieves or beggers. Apologies not accepted. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a cup with 2 scoops and when asking for extra spoon, was told ice cream cannot be shared and spoons are not free. No sign was telling this and the lady who served us said nothing about this when we paid. Let alone we were told to be seated and wait to be served and 15 minutes later nothing happened. Turned out we were forgotten (when four staff members were serving noone).
Never been to an ice cream shop and been told can't share and can't have extra spoon unless ordering separate scoops.
Absolutely...

There were a few demanding customers (I’ve worked in hospo so I can spot them a mile away) so the staff were really under the pump. One of the staff members was racing a cup of coffee back to the kitchen and there were some customers standing in her way. In frustration, she said the words ‘fking r**s’ as she dashed back to the kitchen. We were so stunned we got up and left right away. There were also families around and kids don’t need to hear or see that. I understand there is pressure felt on busy days but by no means is it ok to use that term, especially toward a paying customer. So overall the experience was a 10/10 until the angry staff member...
