เค็มเกินไปและหวานเกินไป ไม่ใช่ของแท้

it was by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I cannot express my disappointment enough. From the overly salty and excessively saucy Pad Thai to the flavorless fried rice and the chewy, smelly pork, everything about this place was a disaster. Even the fried noodle dish was unbelievably salty, making me question the chef's understanding of balance and seasoning. It felt like they were more interested in using sugar and salt than actually delivering a quality dining experience. The Pad Thai was a complete disaster. It was so salty that it overwhelmed my taste buds, and the excessive sauce made it sickeningly sweet. It felt like I was eating a dessert rather than a main course. The flavors were completely off, and it was a far cry from the authentic Pad Thai I had expected. The fried rice was just as disappointing. It lacked any flavor whatsoever, as if it had been cooked without any seasoning or herbs. It was bland and tasteless, a huge letdown for a staple dish in Thai cuisine. I couldn't help but wonder if the chef had forgotten to add any ingredients at all. But the worst part was the pork dish. The meat was incredibly chewy, and it emitted an unpleasant smell that made it difficult to stomach. It was obvious that the quality of the ingredients was poor, and the lack of care in the cooking process only made matters worse. I couldn't believe they would serve such an unappetizing dish to paying customers. Even the fried noodles, which should have been a simple and enjoyable dish, were a disappointment. They were excessively salty, making them almost inedible. It seemed like the kitchen staff had no understanding of how to balance flavors and relied solely on salt to compensate for their...

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…ANYWHERE ELSE! This would have to be the worst Thai cuisine I have ever had! Pad Thai chicken is my go to dish but I have NEVER EVER had it served to me like this! Both in Thailand itself and multiple Thai restaurants in Melbourne I have never seen it served floating in sauce….sauce that looked like it had been thickened with cornflour, gelatinous and gluggy! Over salty and Totally unappealing! My partner ordered a beef with black bean sauce, seasonal vegetables and cashews. His also had that same cornflour thickened sauce…it looked like a floating, gelatinous beef stew! Just the sight of his meal was making me nauseous! I have never left food but I could not finish my meal…wish I read the reviews before entering this place. Lesson learned I will ALWAYS google review a restaurant before I commit in the future! EDIT: based on the reply by the owner of this business! I made no mention at all about when I was in your establishment…so how do you know you made 20 of those dishes that night??? A bad cook and also...

In town for a few days and trying out all the local restaurants, came across Red Ginger and instantly wanted to order some dinner after seeing the huge selections on their menu. We ordered the Satays, Spring rolls, Massaman curry, Pad see ew and chicken fried rice with an expected wait of 15 mins, this was good timing because we are about 10 mins away. When I walked in the restaurant it looked fresh and clean, the waiter greeted me very politely and asked if I have ordered takeout, gave her my name and it was basically ready. Got back to my accomodation and was shocked by just how much I had ordered, when I order the same meals back home I never have this much food. Opening the containers the smells were amazing, everything smelt so rich and full of flavour and my first taste didn’t let it down. Everything tasted amazing, so much flavour and so fresh I was overwhelmed by just how much food I had ordered. Thank you so much for an...

Lol. 11 months on I give them another go. What a joke. I order at 6.15. Told ready at 6.55. So I go to the supermarket and get there at 7.53. 7.10 I ask and get told waiting on 1 item. 7. 33 nearly 40 mins AFTER the time they said it would be ready I ask the owner who is rude and blamed staff not turning up. He returns with my food most of which has been in a hot kitchen for 30 mins so I ask how long it has been there and he goes off. No now I have melted icecream and dinner that might breach food safety standards and an owner who is too stupid to realise. If they said an hour or the 1.5 hours it ended up as I wouldn't have had $110 of ruined food. After this is the previous review so the place has form. Used to be better value. Tonight didnt get part of my order i was charged for and pretty well no meat in massaman curry and raw potato. Not impressed.

The food here was amazing. It's definitely worth a visit if you are in Daylesford. Try the Gang Mus-sa-mun curry #40 and the curry puffs. Also, the coconut rice was so good with it. The staff were friendly and efficient. They even remembered us when we came back the next day, which was really nice. We were only in Daylesford for a couple of days, but this place was so good, we'd happily drive the 2 hours from where we live just for that Gang Mus-sa-mun curry again. After our last meal there, we also ordered takeaway because we were leaving the next morning before they'd reopen.
