New China Restaurant — Restaurant in Victoria

Hubby and l have been customers of new China for at least 6years. We eat at the restaurant at least once a fortnight. Since the covid pandemic we wanted to support them by ordering take away. I can't eat celery or baby corn and let them know when we order. We have just received our order and mine was full of celery. When we rang them all they said was come back and we will replace. I told them we live in Epsom and have already made one trip to Bendigo to pick up our order the first time and will not drive back because of their mistake. I thought they might have saidcwe will have it dropped off to us , BUT NO. No offer to deliver and all they said was we let the kitchen staff know. Well we are now voting with our feet and sadly have decided to never go back or order from them again. No Chinese food for me tonight . We will find another...

I WILL NEVER EVER WALK INTO YOUR TAKE AWAY AGAIN!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! CALLED TO TELL THEM THE CHICKEN THEY SOLD ME IS BURNT AND RUBBERY AND THEY OFFERED ME EITHER A 10% DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER OR 50% REFUND OF THE COST OF THE CHICKEN!!!! I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND COULD HEAR THEM TALKING ABOUT ME WHILST REFUSING TO PICK UP THE PHONE & TALK TO ME, THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME!! TRIED CALLING BACK AND THEY WON'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE!! IF ANYONE ASKS ME FOR A RECOMMENDATION FOR CHINESE FOOD I WILL MAKE SURE THEY KNOW NEVER TO GO TO NEW CHINA RESTAURANT. REALLY DISGUSTED BY THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! FILTHY LOOKING FLOORS& WALLS TOO!!!!

We have just moved to Bendigo and we love Chinese so we decided to order a delivery. We first looked at the revues of different restaurants and picked the restaurant with the highest rating. What a mistake !! They took my money and then I received a text to tell me that it had been declined because they were too busy and I may see my money back in a day or two if I was lucky. We then ordered through the New China restaurant and I could not be happier that I did. They were busy as well but when I rang they were very honest about the delivery time and the food was soo amazing !!! I have no reason to order Chinese any where else. Thank you so much it was...
