This place is a special hidden gem in Geelong, such a wide range of selections of meat and vegetarian dishes with sauces and chutneys to compliment your choices, there is also naan bread and puri (deep-fried similar to roti) that was also available, we got to speak with Hassan whos brother was the owner who also advised us there is a Shisha bar upstairs that's available from open time but is mainly more popular in the evenings. Such a huge space with outdoor covered area with booths and lounge spaces to create a lovely summer atmosphere, the space can also be booked for private functions aswell.
Food was really nice and authentic, my favourite was the chicken Karachi with saffron rice, I did enjoy the butter chicken aswell and there is also some desserts aswell, I tried the Triful and the Sewaiyan and those were delicious aswell😋😋😋 because it's such a secret spot that nobody has really heard about we were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves so the lovely lady chef bought out fresh naan and puri bread during our meal asking if there was anything else we needed. The staff were so attentive that they were always checking if everything was ok if there was anything else we needed and to feel free to let them know if we required anything more.
Wonderful service and great atmosphere, even the music was suitable for the place, some places I have been to have had hardcore Bollywood music that sounds like your in a night club instead of a restaurant, I think this place is so under rated that once people get to see how good this place is and value for money it will be popular and hard to get a table here.
If you really want authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisine for good value for money then I highly recommend this place. Go and see Hassan and the team at Silver spoon. Please see my photos...

You can't beat the price of Buffet $20/PP for the quality and options they had, truly amazing! Friday night special.
It was our first time, to be honest our first impression was not that great but having Indian/Pakistani roots ourselves we took the leap of faith. Tell you what, we had the best Buffet ever in Geelong! The spread was vast from Chicken Peshawari, Paya, Biryani, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, saffron rice, daal, palak paneer, also bhaji, naan, samosa so much more. Desert reminded me.of my grandmother's recipe Sheera and Firni!!! Not to forget the starter they had Pani Puri and chaat plus chai! It was a feast, one my tastes buds refuses to stop thinking! Services was prompt and staff were very friendly. Kitchen looked very busy preparing for the Buffet. Best part of all was everyone who were indulging had a big smile on their faces, enjoying the authentic PakistaniIndian food! After all we all work hard to enjoy our meals! My favourite and will always will be is Chicken Peshawari and tandoori chicken, the spice level was beyond meticulous.
Next time we would like to try chicken Nihari and Haleem!!!!
4 star for atmosphere as I felt the place could do with uplift in regards to the interior but most places in CBD have limitations due to its old structure.
Owners are very accommodative and approachable, which for a small business makes a lot of difference.
They do cater for parties and genuinely want you to have the best meal!
Thank you so much, we shall be back soon! Goodluck, inshallah hope you have...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a food place. I came here with my family to celebrate my brother’s graduation however the food was appalling. We were given left over chicken karahi from buffet. It was reheated and all the leftovers bone pieces were served. They then gave us our final bill and when asked for breakdown they took 20 minutes to present the receipt as they were changing the prices. We were $30 for 2 ALDI home-brand soft drinks and when confronted the owner brushed it off by saying this is our price. Whereas their menu states completely different prices. Our evening was totally ruined. We were scammed and the food was tasteless. Nothing fresh is served here. Worst experience ever!!!! Don’t go here…they will ruin your evening.
Reply to your message… Yes we did take pics before we tasted the food as we didn’t know what we would be presented with leftover food and we did order extra food because it was not enough and as soon as we tasted the first karahi we immediately asked to cancel the extra food. This is not bullying, everyone has freedom of speech to express their experience. We were overcharged without being informed of the price breakdown. Fidgeting with your prices is not professional and we would have appreciated honesty. No discount was demanded or given. Moreover you took more...
