I asked for gluten free and could only order med or lge. I watched as the owner did not change his gloves when handling my pizza when the pizza was cooked removed the pizza from the tray with the same “shovel” and placed it on the pizza stone oven that normal pizzas where cook on and then cut the pizza with the cutter that was used for normal pizzas. If anyone has been “glutened” you will understand the horrific outcome from cross contamination. I liked it how the ham was fine and not that thick mushy stuff. Silvio's and Enricos are the only places in Geelong that put fresh prawns on their pizzas (no frozen packs). We were really looking forward to ordering from Silvio's after reading the rave reviews here. I even drove 20 min to pick up! Unfortunately the experience was very underwhelming.
