Not a very good experience at Witches Brew. Ordered and paid for meals. All good so far. Coffees came out and they are Luke warm. Sugar in canister would not come out of the old glass container. Then was told that there would be a 30 minute wait on our meals. This is after we have paid. We asked if they could turn the heaters on but the answer was that they don’t work. Oh well they look good. After approx 45 minutes meals came out. The person waiting for his toast even had to wait this period to get his toast which was cold when served. Other meals came out with missing ordered and paid for extras. One meal was missed completely even when person asked about it after everyone else was served. He then asked again after we had finished eating to be told they forgot about it. Let’s say if you are in the hospitality industry please be honest and a bit more informative to your paying customers. I for one won’t be back. Better getting a feed...

Would not recommend eating here if u have allergies! The service was awful and they nearly caused me to have an allergic reaction. First asked if they were able to do the BLAT dairy and gluten free (celiac) due to my allergies, which they said they could. So I clearly stated and clarify for my order to be DF and GF. After waiting 25 mins for 1 coffee and 2 BLAT’s finally get my takeaway food. Opening the box, to see a they had put butter in it! So disappointing, just to double check it was butter I call but they didn’t pick up so had to go back and ask. They had put butter on it and hardly seem sorry about it. I then had to ask them for a refund, which I’m yet to receive. Honestly just terrible service, wouldn’t...

Called "Witches" brew for a reason. Staff extremely rude, and food took over an hour to arrive. (busy day so won't hold them to the length of the wait ) but the rudeness was unacceptable.

My 4 year old daughter burnt herself in the toilet tap and I informed the waitress ,(shoulder length white hair) she snapped at me and rolled her eyes saying she is busy and she has a long queue.

There needs to be a sign on the bathroom regarding the unsafe levels of hot water that comes out of the tap. Especially for little ones. I expect a formal apology and am happy to remove or amend my...

I ended up here randomly, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I absolutely loved the decor. The gluten free hazelnut tart I ate was delicious, very rich and chocolatey. It was like eating a slab of Nutella without that feeling if blech you'd get if you actually ate a slab of nutella. The coffee was strong (warning for those of you like me who like a weaker brew, ask for a half shot!) but creamy and smooth. I sat outside on the deck, and watched the world travel past while I ate cake and drank coffee, and I felt at peace.

It was a very busy public holiday so it took a little while but the coffee was very enjoyable while we waited. Fabulous fresh juices hit the spot on a warm summer day. Outdoor seating is just what we need in these COVID times. We always love it when the staff confidentiality tell us their gluten free options!! As we have coeliac family members.

Stopped in for lunch on a busy ANZAC day Scrambled eggs + bacon on "sourdough" that looked and tasted a lot like plain white, tbh Generous serving, cooked well, but if you're going to substitute, customers should know. Or if you aren't using sourdough, please don't call it that.
