I honestly don’t know where to start…. From the moment I booked my 30th birthday event I knew this was going to be an amazing event. The staff were incredibly friendly, very helpful and anything we requested was attended to instantly! The atmosphere was amazing. We were in the back function area. The room was set up amazing and was exceptionally clean and organised, the staff even offered extra seating if needed. The meals were taken at our seats with the option to order via QR code or just with the staff promptly and paid for there and then which was so convenient not having to line up. The meals were hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. There were 40 of us and not one complaint. The menu has something for everyone. Special mention to Lisa who did absolutely everything we wanted and was prompt, enthusiastic about absolutely everything ! Bundy was also the most friendly person I’d ever met. He was happy to be at work. Very enthusiastic and ensured he went above and beyond for anything and everything!!! The food was just unremarkable. 10/10 for absolutely everything service was next level. Cocktails were on point Thank you to all the staff for such amazing service and quality food!! Will be back 100 times over...

Honestly, this is the worst place I have ever eaten. We went there on my birthday on March 5th, 2024, for late lunch. It took the cook the bring the attendants attention to the fact that we were waiting to order our food. She stood chatting away with her back turned in the bar, to customers for quite a few minutes when we arrived. The food was supposed to be gluten free! I have never been so unwell from eating a meal as I became after eating here! It’s Sunday and I’m finally able to move around after 4 days of stomach hell! I ordered a gluten free chicken and ginger salad and it was terrible. I only ate about half and within an hour I knew something had been wrong with the food. So much pain and suffering and on my birthday too. To whomever owns this place, please get your act together and hire competent staff. The attendant was terrible! She could barely be bothered to look after the customers and it’s not good enough. When you state that an item is gluten free, please ensure it actually is gluten free! It is dangerous for people with coeliacs disease to consume gluten so I hope you can address that...

We went as a big party and ordered 7 very different dishes and the experience as a whole was very disappointing. Firstly, it took them 50 mins to bring us appetizers and the staff kept bringing one glass or plate less to the table. The appetizers we ordered were samosas which we got after 50 mins . One of them was burnt but in all fairness they tasted good, mainly because they were frozen ones that were bought and fried. I could tell because they were cold in the middle. Burgers were alright, not too bad. 6/10 The fish curry and seasme curry tasted alright. They lacked proper seasoning and were very small servings and the rice served with them was undercooked 5/10 The steak we ordered was medium rare porter house. The steak was overcooked, cold and half of it was inedible fat. 2/10. The fries and salad were the only consellation for that meal. The fish we ordered was absolutely horrible. It was dry, bland and inedible. 0/10.
