Cafe at Provincial Warrnambool — Restaurant in Warrnambool

This is one of the nicest and only Cafe at Provincial i ate at. Its is stunning okay it was a breakfast only and a coffee that was good. But the atmosphere is nice. It is a bit of French effect or feel in Warrnerbool Love the part between the outside and inside entrance of you want to sit outside. With this beautiful Blue entrance of facade of an French shop .

I will even go so far to say this is one of the nicest Provincial shops I have seen with a eating place at the back and love coming here if I visit Warrnambool for a coffee even.

Only a one small critic a teeny one. When we came there the previous day for coffee and something to bite and want to order something we where approached by uprubt a bit rude I will say by a lady staff menber from cafe and blunt the kitchen is closed now and they closing in 20 min before I even order or hear what I wanted to say. Okay I do understand they need to close but be more tacktfull. My friend took it the wrong way and walk out. That could destroy this reputation of this wonderful cafe rude staff.

But as mentioned we give it a go the next morning for breakfast which was good. And that made it up. Will go back here when on holiday...

I have been coming and getting my coffee from Provincial Cafe for about 6 years now. The staff are absolutely beautiful, genuine lovely people and already know my order before I've paid, the only difference is large or small. It's a very homely comforting atmosphere on there and the staff are always on for a chat, they go above and beyond for their customers, always have kind words to say, are caring and polite to no matter who walks up to the counter. I'd give them a bigger rating if I could. Thanks to Brooke and the girls for always managing to put a smile on my dial whenever I walk in. 4 times a week 😆 Provincial Cafe is my second home and I highly recommend everyone goes and grabs a coffee and soaks in the cheery, light hearted most of all welcoming atmosphere. Thanks so much to all the wonderful staff who greet me nearly every weekday and making me feel likevpart of the family. Best brew in Warrnambool hands down and you will not find better staff in any other Cafe....

I have a very small 18 year old dog, Literally the size of a shoe, she is blind deaf and doesnt shed fur or bark.She is on her last days so during my days off I have been taking her everywhere with me. I had her in my jumper , not even her head was out for anyone to see. I was rudely asked by the cafe server what i had under my jumper i explained my situation and asked if i could just sit for a while, she very rudely told me to get out and made me feel so embarrassed in front of the other customers. Absolutely no tact whatsoever, so incredibly rude in her approach. There are much kinder ways to explain " policies" rather than shaming another human being. Luckily i found another coffee shop who were so kind and accommodating. French Provincial, what a joke! you do realise in France people are allowed to bring dogs in...
