I worked at noodle box for over a year and still help when needed. All the staff are hard working and try their hardest to be selfless and respectful, but not majority but some customers who come in are very ignorant and self-centred. As staff we can not control how fast the food is cooked and how many orders are placed that night, we can’t put u in front of everyone else because you’re selfish and have no patience. Coming into noodle box and abusing young girls is never ok, if u have a problem about ur food or don’t like the flavour than u should of ordered something else, we will not refund u for your mistakes of getting something YOU do not like, we can remake for you but other than that we can not help you. Overall noodle box is amazing the food never disappoints and you can’t expect to come into a Chinese restaurant and want them to completely understand you. We are all just human and will always make mistakes we aren’t perfect...
Read moreWaited 40 minutes for my “Big Box of Noodles” on a busy night—which I can cop. What I can’t cop is calling it a combination and only getting 3 prawns, a couple slivers of beef or lamb, and barely-there chicken in micro-sized bites. It felt more like a hint of meat, not a proper combo box.
To top it off, it was way too salty and garlicky. I usually handle strong flavours, but this one was just overkill. I couldn’t even finish it, which says a lot. When you order “Big,” you expect big flavour and balanced portions—not a salt bomb with barely any protein.
The only reason this isn’t a 1-star is the staff. Great vibes, friendly as hell, and clearly working hard under pressure. That energy’s rare and appreciated.
But here’s the truth: “A good vibe can’t fix a bad feed.” Fun in the kitchen’s great—but the focus still has to be on getting the food right.
You’ve got potential. Just hope the quality starts...
Read moreSave your words lady, Keisha is absolutely the nicest, kindest, and cutest person I have ever worked with, I believe she spoke in the gentlest tones to all, but you replied her the filthiest words and rudest attitude. noodle box tried hard to make every customer, but nothing is perfect in this world, in this case, if you have the tasteless food we are happy to remake one for you, or you can apply for refund on DoorDash app because you order through it. What we did was trying to solve the problems, and you didn’t care what the problem was, in my words, you were bullying our girl. I’m sorry if you had a bad day, you could find yourself something that you enjoy to do instead of swearing in a restaurant because a box of noodles. We still welcome everyone comes to noodle box (respectful...
