after not being back here for nearly 4 years I came over to Warwick to see them to say hello as I hadn't seen brad in 12 years as he was my old boss and taught me everything I needed to know about baking only to find they sold up over a year ago while it was sad to hear but to find out why made it all make sense and I got to meet the new owner well one of them and I have to say though like most places when they go under new owners the usual is to turn everything on its head which makes it all go downhill but on this occasion very happy to say it is not the case to food and service is just like it was all those years ago and the staff and food was top notch I have no idea when I will be out that way again but I will surely be back in for a visit when I do and i wish the new owners many happy...
Read moreI have bought pies from many a pie shop traveling around Australia, particularly frequenting the small Country Town Bakeries. We passed through Warwick two weeks ago green returned a week later. On both occasions we bought pies, sausage rolls and feta and spinach triangles. Only one word go describe all of them, FANTASTIC. They would be the best that I have ever had. Also brought a loaf of sliced bread. Even on the fourth day it was still fresh and beautiful. Before we bought the pastries I specifically asked if it was real cream and the server asked a young girl next to her and the response was yes, fresh cream.
