Disappointing Dining Experience - Multiple Issues Encountered

My recent visit to your restaurant was extremely underwhelming due to a series of unacceptable oversights:

Unhygienic Presentation The lemon wedge served with my pasta still had its inedible sticker attached - a basic food safety oversight that's simply inexcusable.

Order Errors The coffee served to me was completely different from what I ordered.

Tasteless Pasta The pasta dish lacked any discernible seasoning. It tasted like plain boiled noodles with sauce straight from the jar - completely unpalatable.

So happy to find this gorgeous cafe/bistro on my way to work. Love the interior, a lot of care has been put into designing this to really look and feel European and I hope they do well! Only hiccup was that I came for coffee and a light breakfast at 8am on a weekday and the cabinet of ready-made food and pastries was virtually empty. Would be great if there was more ready to go at this time, especially given they are located in the heart of the West Perth office district. The young French girl who served me was super friendly and happily prepared a fresh bacon and egg toasted sandwich for me when I enquired (part of a sandwich + coffee deal $13.50). The toasty was fine, but as "café food" it would be great if it was accompanied by something like a relish, pesto or salad greens.
