Applecross Pizza — Restaurant in Western Australia

Ordered two pizzas for delivery at 6:45..... at 7:45 they still hadn't arrived. We called the store, spoke with a lovely young lady who informed us they had it listed as a pick up. However at our end it was selected and confirmed as delivery... You would think it was would be a simple fix deliver the pizza and explain the confusion but NO!!! The Manager (perhaps owner) decided he should get on the phone and give my wife a very loud and abusive serve about how she didn't know what she was doing. They refused to delivery the pizzas and demanded we paid an extra fee... to which we refused as our order clearly showed delivery.. There was no discussion about how can we fix this just screaming abuse, with choice words, at my wife and then at me. He then sent the delivery driver to give us a refund. (this makes no logical sense considering they refused to delivery the pizzas) The delivery driver was a very nice young man who shouldn't of to been involved and had to listen to me rant about the disgraceful serve we received. There are many good pizzas places in Perth who offer a polite friendly service but this is defiantly not one of them :( We just...

My husband and I have been going to Applecross Pizza for many years now. On the weekend, I organised my sister's hen's party at a Paint and Sip location in Perth CBD. I contacted Applecross Pizza to see if they could cater to the party, and my husband would pick up the pizzas and bring them in for a specific time. Applecross Pizza was amazing from the first point of contact! They responded in a timely manner, were very pleasant and accommodating, catered for different dietary requirements, and had the pizzas ready on time for my husband to pick up. The pizzas were absolutely amazing, and everyone was raving about how good the pizzas were! Some of the girls even took photos of the box tops so they would remember where the pizzas were bought from! I ordered 6 family pizzas and 2 vegan/gf pizzas, and it all went!!! I am very impressed and would highly recommend Applecross Pizza not only for a delicious take-away option but also for catering events. Fantastic...

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and was told they would be at my house within 40-50 minutes. I placed the order at 6.30pm, and the pizzas didn't arrive until 8pm. At one point the store called me explaining their driver's EFTPOS machine was broken so they had to return to the store to pick up a working one, and asked me to confirm my address even though I had done this numerous times on my initial call, spelling it out very clearly. About 20 minutes later (the pizzas were around half an hour late at this point), I called the store to see what was happening and they told me my order would arrive in 5 minutes (it did not arrive for another 20 minutes). The driver didn't seem to be in any sort of rush, and offered no apology for the very delayed delivery. The pizzas also seemed to be of lower quality than ones I have ordered from here in the past. Overall, very disappointed with my experience, especially with the poor communication...
