I like basso pizza , but it is too hard now. previously I was able to just make a phone call, but last time the price was way out from the flyer. Apparently they dont do flyers now and price has changed-they prefer online. Fair enough. Just tried to order online for a pickup. Wont let you order without address even tho i want a pickup. So tried to enter address and it wont accept. I an literally a minute away. Waste of time.
In response to your response, I was using the website you suggested. I am aware the price changed since the printing of the flyer, I am told you dont intend to have new flyers made. . The Issues are 1. your employees are advocating using online ordering but it wont accept my address (it wont let you order 2 of the same pizza either) 2. As i said, the phone call/flyer was much easier and faster, and doesn't ask for your address unnecessarily. Without a new flyer it is much harder to check prices and make sure you are being charged correctly.
To be clear, I CANNOT order online thru your website. If it was my small bussiness with the same issue I would address it. Esp. considering the number of pizza shopfronts in Basso I CAN order...
Read moreI had basso pizza for the first time at work where me and my co workers were working on our night shift and came across this place and gave it a try. The pizza was amazing. We ordered it again as we were on our night swing. This time it wasn’t the same, it was very dry, the crust and toppings, definitely wasn’t like the first time. I thought I would give it another try at home. I ordered and it’s was really good. I tried it couple more time each time was different. I ordered recently and it was the worst ever, family didn’t enjoy it either. It was very very dry like it’s been in the oven too long. Very inconsistent, thought I found the best pizza but I’m very disappointed as I was becoming a loyal customer. Wanna go back but don’t wanna waste my money and become...
Read moreI'm not one to normally post a comment but I got on here earlier tonight when I misplaced my menu and noticed a couple of quite negative reviews. It's always easy to slam someone when our expectations aren't met.
As long time regulars to Basso pizza (since before the store changed ownership and name from Tony's, around 8 years ago). We have experienced some variations in quality over the years (but this is to be expected with any business). The staff have always been willing to listen to feedback and we have on occasion seen changes made as a result. Our pizzas tonight were second to none, top...
