1 awful coffee I could not even finish it - it was so bitter it literally gave me goosebumps it was terrible. 1 quiche and garden salad - quiche was 3/10 taste but the salad omg was terrible. It was literally few spinach leaves, about 4 pieces of a diced whole tomato and 3 slices cucumber with a tonne of garlic aolio splattered across it. Couldn’t eat it. 1 milkshake my daughter explained it tasted like milk and dirt - she didn’t want it. Hot chocolate - tasted like pure milk. Thankfully my son isn’t fussy and didn’t care. 2 chocolate cupcakes - looked delicious thank god. Whilst I don’t mind paying for quality the above cost me $50 just for myself and two kids morning tea - total waste. Took about 40 mins for takeaway (although was busy given Anzac Day) Aside from the one friendly lady on the till all other service was unfortunately without a smile or consideration for our wait.

We will def be sticking to the other local cafe, this place really...

We went for breakfast this morning. We ordered using the QR code on the table. The process was painful. I attempted to pay with Apple Pay and it rejected it, saying I had an account with that email address and couldn’t process the payment unless I logged in. After resetting my password and logging in, I tried again. This time it rejected it because I hadn’t verified my mobile number. After getting a text message and verifying, I was finally apply to pay and place the order.

40 minutes later we hadn’t received our food and asked about it. We were told the ordering system had lost our order (a known issue they said). 25 minutes later we finally got our order - 2 served of scrambled eggs on toast.

It appeared others weren’t getting their order and no one appeared to be proactively trying to solve the problem - the staff just waited for people to ask about their food before addressing it.

I’d suggest replacing the ordering system to something...

Had a long black before my lunch, then my wife and I each had the steak sandwich for lunch, we ordered the same thing due to the limited menu. We ordered at 1pm but we're told they were closing at two so we needed to be done by then. They were also out of chips and provided no other sides. Asked for water, and was directed to the water station-a tap in the wall. No ice or filter, and glasses were hazy, but seemed clean. The steak on our sandwiches was too tough to bite through, seemed like a cheap cut and over done. Pretty plainly present d too. Flavours were good though, as was my coffee. $42 for two sandwiches and a coffee. I think if you were going for a cake and coffee and a chat with a friend, this place would be great with its funky decor and plenty of seating and great coffee. But if you're looking for a meal, skip it. This place looks great but lacks substance in that regard and doesn't represent...
