Domino's Pizza Canning Vale — Restaurant in Western Australia

Okay so this is what happened last night. I ordered a simply cheese pizza from domino’s through uber eats app. I chose the classic crust, with pizza sauce, chilli flakes and mozzarella cheese. This cost $21 including delivery. And I specifically added in the notes to not cut the pizza because i dont want the same utensils used for other pizza’s to touch mine. Soon after I ordered i got a call from a random number (i didn’t pick up because I’ve been scammed too much times so i silenced unknown numbers) i messaged back asking who this is a no one replied. Almost half an hour later the pizza arrives and i was shocked. It was legit just pizza dough with sauce and chilli flakes. NO CHEESE and they didnt follow simple directions to not cut the pizza. I called them and i talk to the manager he’s like i called but no one answered and because it was ordered through an online app they cant see the modifications ( what modifications i just said i want mozzarella cheese with chilli flakes). Like seriously if u cant see those things why make it available to order through uber eats. so im like i payed $21 just for dough?? After further discussion hes like well out of our good intentions or something like that u can get a free simply cheese pizza next time u order. So i pause then say okayyy coz i was fed up. And then when i go to ask how would i asked for the free pizza like what do i need to provide ... they hung up... like seriously. I DONT EVEN WANT ANOTHER PIZZA I JUST WANT A REFUND COZ THIS IS JUST...

Terrible service. Made an online order last night ( 7th January 2020 ) for a delivery and got a call from the store person telling they are closing down in 5 mins and the driver is on the road , so it will take 1 hour to deliver the pizzas and if we wanted to cancel the order ? ( Which clearly says he does not want to make the order and wants to leave early ). I have worked in Dominos for 3 years and I clearly know how it works. Instead I told we will come and pick it up , but he refused to take the order and said he needs to be out of the door in 5 minutes and they are almost done ( This was the worst part , looks like they had turned off the oven already & were cancelling orders) . The online reviews show how bad this store is in terms of performing , We went to a different store to collect the order last night. Just making it clear that we wont be ordering from that store anymore , will instead travel and pick it up from else where. Any order needs to be taken even if it is 1 minute before close ( which is what every owner / manager will do ). Hope you teach the staffs on how to respond to customers & not lose them due to...

Warning Do not Order from this store!! I wish I had have read their reviews before ordering on uber eats.. you would think it would be safe right? Both being nation wide companies. Apparently if you Order on uber because the store delivers their own products and uber is just an agent for Domino's they can't do anything when you don't get your order...THIS STORE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER ANYTHING.. I hope you read this before you had the experience I did At 3.2 stars Domino's NEEDS to close this franchise down and I would suggest you ring Queensland like I am and let them know

Edit: so they replied with some jumbled excuses about how it's automatically entered into their system or flagged or something. this still doesn't change the fact that you rip people off no doubt telling uber you delivered it like you did with mine. Then they asked that I post my number on here so they can call me.. you guys are a special kinda stupid if you really think I'll put my number on a google review.
