Domino's Pizza East Fremantle — Restaurant in Western Australia

Ordered pizza for my family online, accidentally typed in 1 wrong number on my phone number. Driver came with my order, called the wrong number and then left with my order. I called the manager “Anshika” and she said the driver tried to call me to go and collect my order from him but the number was incorrect, so the driver left with my order and returned back to the store. I asked why he couldn’t bring it to my door as he had my address instead of him waiting on the side of the road for me to collect. She then stated he can not bring it to my door (even tho I selected I am isolating to bring it to my door and every driver in the past delivered it to my door) and she stated he can’t bring it to my door as he has other deliveries to make. I said I can’t collect it as I can’t leave my house as I have CHILDREN! She stated she can’t help me. Absolutely disgusted that I can’t order pizza DELIVERED TO MY DOOR for my children! Because they can’t take a couple of steps to bring it to...

I would not recommend ordering from these people if you dont want your order potentially messed with by the driver on the way to your home. The driver drove all around the suburb, stopped for about 8 minutes outside some shops (so I knew it wasnt a delivery) and then finally drove all the way back. God knows what they were doing and I dont want to know. I dont know FOR SURE but why drive ALL THE WAY ROUND the suburb before finally coming back up I have no idea. When they fi nally dropped it off they didnt even let me know it was delivered. I went down to see if it was delivered but if i hadnt id be still waiting. Dominos has sunk so much over the past 2 years. These drivers are losing business for the restaurants that employ them. I wont be making the mistake of ordering from them again. Awful warmish, soggy, gluey pizza delivered almost 1 hour after being ordered. I paid for fast/priority delivery but had to ring the store to find out if or when the pizza would be delivered. Phone app showed that the pizza was on its way but when I rang it was clear the pizza hadn't left the store. Strangely, 2nd delivery turned up at my door about 45 mins later. I asked for a full refund or at least for the priority payment and was offered "free pizza" voucher and then free pizzas based on my phone number. Declined this based on previous experience with "free pizza" voucher which involves purchasing other pizzas to get 1 free and disbelief of the other option. I also tipped the delivery person when I made the order. I won't do that again. We have been frequent customers, I think we will try other pizza...
