Domino's Pizza Spearwood — Restaurant in Western Australia

Ordered online for delivery. Rang the store after 20 minutes from expected time. Was told the pizzas are on there way be about 5 to 10minutes. 40minutes go by and ring the store again. Was told that my order is waiting to be picked up. I said no I organised delivery, then the store had the nerve to say I stuffed up online and organised pick up. Which I clearly didn't by all my confirmation emails and given an EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME. Once he realised it was his mistake, he offered to delivery my order with an extra garlic bread (already ordered one by the way) I said no as it has been sitting there for over an hour. I cancelled my order and got a refund as I could hear laughing in the background and the whole thing seemed like it was a joke to them. Sahil was rude at first but obviously realised it was their mistake and gave a really poor apology with another worker laughing in the background. Don't buy your pizza from spearwood... they...

Ordered the pizza at 7.40pm. Original estimated delivery time was no later than 8.25pm. This was changed to 8.50pm after 10min. Watching the tracker I saw that it was 'Ready in Store' at 8pm. I called the restaurant at 8.40pm to ask when it was going out for delivery. The rude and uninterested girl that answered the phone informed me that she did not know...there were orders backed up...and it would be quicker if we came to get it. We went to the store to collect, they could not find the order. The Manager then found our order bagged and advised it was next out for delivery. When we advised the Manager that we were told to come and collect it, there was no apology, no offer of discount. And to add insult to injury, we did not get what we ordered. We ordered a pepperoni puff, but got a custard puff. Last time we ever order from Domino's unless some type of...

EVERY TIME we order from here they manage to screw up our order or its extremely late. I'm a very reasonable person, I've worked in hospitality and customer service for years but the service is absolutely shocking here. We have ordered numerous times giving them multiple chances, I'm done with ordering from here again, Pizza Hut was always good it's a shame they closed.They have been over an hour late on numerous occasions, have forgotten to add extra toppings that we paid for, have forgotten to even make the pizza at all until we call, have given us wrong pizzas, have tipped the pizza on the side making all the toppings slide off when delivered, you name it. On top of that they rarely offer to make up for it and just give lame excuses like "It's busy". I'm sorry but if you can't handle orders on a Monday night then how can you handle them...
