Disgusting customer service by a young girl taking orders and operating the till yesterday. The lady in front of me was placing her order and the young girl kept putting her head in her hand and leaning it on the counter, total disrespect for the lady, showing she how uninterested she was in her job. When it was my turn "Yep what did you want?" Excuse me????????? Yep what do you want?? The previous staff and owners would be horrified and the lack of manners this young girl showed her customers. After I placed my order and the customer behind me had left I called her to one side and had a nice little conversation with her about her customer service, her manners, her lack of disrespect and her seeming unwillingness to be welcoming and pleasant. The Barista looked at me and smiled, apparently since the new owners took over this attitude is the norm. A gentlemen who had overheard my conversation with the young lady, told me he had said something to her as well. RUDE totally RUDE young lady. We love this Muffin Break. The girls are so friendly and they make terrific coffee. Consistently smooth and the temperature is spot on. EDIT: The new owners/ managers are lazy and seem unwilling to staff this place enough over lunch breaks. I recently called them out on it as three of them - all men - sat there with their phones out whilst the two girls did the work and were under pressure. (Lunch time, long line.) When I raised this, the owner/manager argued and told me 'they pay them.' I would hope you pay them double for the crap you put them through. Get in there and work your business....
