You dealt with nagging and juggling serving, making drinks, fulfilling orders and handling nagging customers so smoothly and with a smile on your face. You put in 120% effort the entire time I was in store, so thank you.

To whoever is in charge of the roster - learn how to manage your staff. This girl was working solo during a huge rush with no back up, dealing with dine-ins, take-aways and deliveries. Wait times were over 20 minutes long, which is in no way a reflection of the young lady working. Most tables inside, outside and in the middle of the shopping centre were taken with waiting customers. Polite but no time management skills. Came in and ordered noticing 2 toasties already cooked on the bench getting cold, and accompanied by a fly. That should have been my cue to keep moving. Ordered 2 toasties, hot choc and lemon chiller. And watched. Toasties done,.plated and sat down the end waiting for the sour lemon to be made. I got up and got the toasties myself, only to see the hot choc that had been prepared 5 minutes earlier was not only mine, but cold. The cheese on the toasties was not melted and the tomato was still cold. The sour lemon came but half the cup was covered with spillage....

Worst I've ever had cup was over half full of ice not mixed powder was clumpy all through the drink basically tasted like watered down clumpy instant coffee with ice, is no wonder the Gloria jeans chain is going bust.
