Grill'd Burgers - Joondalup — Restaurant in Western Australia

Chips were great. Burger was alright. Service could’ve been better. Initially went up to the till to order, but despite staff seeing me, nobody acknowledged me - even to tell me that someone would be with me soon. Ended up ordering via the QR code - online ordering system said my order would be ready by a certain time. Didn’t receive said order until 15 minutes later. Unrealistic expectations were set. Tried to follow-up the order by going up to the till, but same deal as before. No acknowledgement. There seemed to be only one person delivering meals and tidying up tables. They were doing their best, but I noted several times that they would get halfway through clearing a table and then be pulled for something else.

I’d still go back if I was craving a burger and chips and I was at Lakeside. But I would probably just rethink whether I have enough time to eat here, and wouldn’t believe the time given by the...

Tonight we ordered a 'Simply Grilled Burger' and a 'Build your own Burger'. The lady taking our order asked me if I wanted cheese as it is an addition to the burger. I replied no thank you. The Build your own burger was chicken, bacon, cheese and egg. When they were bought to our table, my burger had cheese and the other had no egg. They did put an egg on the respective burger. When I said I didn't order cheese, they said that it was on the docket that I had. I informed them that the girl had actually asked me if I wanted cheese and I replied no. They offered to do me another burger which was great. After the other 3 people I was with finished their burgers and chips, I was still waiting - at least 25 mins. So I asked them 'how much longer my burger will be'. The manager said they'd forgot to cook it and I could wait a further 7 minutes for one or get a refund. I...

I visited Grill'd Joondalup on 29 January for lunch. Unfortunately, I found the restaurant's cleanliness to be quite lacking. Throughout my entire life, I have never encountered a dining establishment with such a significant presence of flies. The situation was so severe that it reminded me of Tamala Park landfill.

I observed customer burgers sitting on the bench, waiting to be served, completely covered in flies. Many customers at various tables were visibly trying to swat the flies away. Regrettably, the staff did not seem to be concerned about the situation, which raises questions regarding the establishment’s adherence to health and hygiene standards.
