Three of us came here for coffee and breakfast. We first ordered medium lattes. $7+ for coffee? You're kidding. We had it anyway and sat down to check the menu. The first thing that got my attention was "Eggs Benny" for $22, which I have nearly all times we go out for breakfast. Then I saw the photo of it on the menu. Compare it to my photo of the actual meal we had at another café in Nedlands earlier in the week for $19.90, plus their same coffee was $5.30! If the photo is indicative of the scrawny meals they serve, it put us off. After the coffees we left.

I attended Jamaica Blue for breakfast with family and the food and service was amazing. Great serving sizes and the food was delicious with lots of options to choose from. It was very busy when we were there but this did not impact the service delivered and the turn around times was still fast with minimal wait times and plenty of space to sit down. The staff kept up with the orders and were very friendly even during the busy times. It was a positive atmosphere and look forward to going back and sharing this place with others.

I mentioned to the young lady at the till that I m pure vegetarian & request a croissant with sliced cheese, avocado & lettuce But NOT To Warm it at all… she asked the chef & he agreed to make a fresh one.. but he couldn’t slice the avocado but could use the mashed avocado, I agreed & left to take a table while my hubby was ordering his food & paying..the chef comes to the counter to collect a croissant with ham & cheese ( to remove the ham) & add the avocado & lettuce & my hubby had to mention again to not to do that bcos I m pure vegetarian.. he agreed.. what do I get?! Is warm croissant with melted cheese & hot mashed avocado & literally hot lettuce leaf… in my entire life I never tried a croissant life that. It was disgusting.. very...

This place is a joke, I used come every Wednesday afternoon for coffee and snack around 4pm to 4.20pm as advertised there closing time is 5pm yet, From 3.45pm at times it’s take away cups only and last few weeks they stop serving coffee at transom times sometimes 4.20pm and today 4.15pm yet advertise close at 5pm.

Do yourself a favour walk few metres more and go to “ The Coffee Club” still serve coffee at 4.50pm and still in a mug up to 4.45pm. Damed if any of us 5 will ever go back to Jamaica Blue can see why it closed down once before and hearing comments from customers turned away early for a simple coffee think it...
