I have NEVER left a Nandos feeling this disrespected and disgusted before. I ordered the PERinaise Classic with pita bread (something I’ve had many times and always enjoyed), but today I was served stone cold bread straight out of the fridge. Not warm, not toasted — literally fridge-cold.

All I did was politely ask if it could be warmed up, because honestly, who wants to eat a cold burger? Instead of offering a solution, the waitress coldly snapped, “We don’t warm up the bread. You can speak to the manager. I didn’t make your food,” and walked off wide-eyed with an attitude like I’d just insulted her.

When I tried to speak to the manager, it got even worse. She was argumentative, smug, and acted like I was trying to scam them or something. I explained that I’ve had this exact meal here before and it was always served warm, but she kept talking over me, saying it’s “against policy” to heat up the bread and then sarcastically asked “When exactly did you have it warm?
