Had a super disappointing experience once again tonight. I went especially in store to order as I have had issues/missing items from last few online delivery orders. While putting my order for tonight's dinner and speaking to them about my past orders (like burnt/inedible chips, missing drink, totally ignoring my notes and special instructions from my previous two orders) I paid thinking the lovely till operator will not charge me for the chips as the last ones were burnt amd I hadn't got a refund..only to find out, when I got home, not only was I charged for the chips but also my salad (which I had ordered and paid for ) was missing from my order. I was on a phone call with a client so I just took the bag from the staff thinking they can't possibly go wrong this time since I just explained them about my issues with past orders. It was frustrating because I cant call them (they dont have a phone line to contact them) nor was it worth going back for a side of salad. They do really have a seruous food quality amd staffing issues. Read moreI visited Nando's at Subiaco, Western Australia last Saturday and ordered chips chicken tenders with spicy rice, I decided to sit outside to eat my meal as it was such a nice afternoon, I sat down and noticed how dirty the tables, seats and floor all outside were as they had bird droppings all over them they clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time as the amount of pidgin droppings on the ground was way more than just from the day i visited. At NO stage did the staff bother to stop the pidgins from being around the outside eating area or around the customers. The pidgins ate everything that was left over from customers and harassed other customers to try to get to their food. I was so discussed with the lack of interest from the Nando's staff or the cleanliness at Nando's Subiaco, I contacted the W.A. health department and informed them of what I witnessed at the restaurant. I have now received several shocked phone calls from W.A. health and the Subiaco City Council health departments regarding my complaint, All I can say is PICK UP YOUR ACT NANDO'S WITH THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Read moreI would give Nandos Subiaco 0 star if I can Was so hungry after work, I came here to order chicken and showed my ANF (Australian Nursing Federations) member for discount. I always get discount at every other Nandos store . The owner refused and asked me to show my ID. I went to my car and get my ID to show him. When I came back in, he was hiding and avoiding me. I was standing at the counter waiting for 20mins. I asked other staffs to place order and they asked me to wait for the owner, I asked them to call him out and they said he asks me to wait. I guess he want me to wait until I have to order online so I can’t get discount. When I came out I called him and he totally ignore me and I decided not to eat here despite I was so hungry after work.
