Nando's Tuart Hill — Restaurant in Western Australia

We went there around 8pm, and ordered our chickens, everything was good until we seated, then we realized that we forgot to take a water, then there is a worker there passing by and I asked her nicely can we please get some tap water, she said to us it's on the counter there, you should ask counter to give to you when you ordering. Then I didn't say anything went to the counter to get the water, there was a lady there taking orders for drive through, and she stopped and asked me, what you want ? I said can I have tap water please, then she just went back to get the water, and when she returned, she put the water On the table without saying anything and keep going with her phone. I went back to the table, not long after, the same lady brought our food, she just left on the table and took back our sources, we haven't even start to eat and she just took our sources away, I was like seriously??! ! Then she just walked off, we have to go grab the sources again. Half way of eating there, my mate went to grab some tomato sauce, but there was nothing, they close at 10pm, by that time was like8.30pm something and they have nothing for us. End up we have to asking another lady for it, aha said go ask the guys at front counter, I'm only working at back, alright then we have to go to the counter again, wth was that ?! Then just when my mate return with the source, the lady who only work at "back" just brought the food for other table and asked them do they need any water. This store needs to learn how to treat people the same way! ! ! And be kind to customers. I will Never return to this store again, rather drive 10mins more to...

For many years I have tried Nando's at so many branch this branch has the most rude staff at all.

The ladies at reception named as Tina not just don't know how to smile and greeting but I'm politely ask is there any table available for one because i came at peak time at 12.55pm she was rudely answered with cranky face reply " you just go to any table you want at the back and front since i cant help you at the moment".

Does she think every customer coming here coming for dine in has the floor plan know his restaurant designated area?

All the table are full in the front and no one know is there any table in the back.

She may answer it " no worries sir, we have a lot of vacant at the back and you can choose anywhere you want".

And please don't be so rude like you want every customer know that you're really tired and so many work left behind by showing your cranky face and rude tone. if you can show friendly and exceptional customer just to smash in the peak time for 4 hours, my advise don't be front liner just do back of house job.
