Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Western Australia

Do NOT buy a pizza from Pizza Hut Bassendean!!! My wife and daughter ordered a chicken pizza and specifically requested no beef or ham due to religious Hindu reasons. Even while the pizza was being prepared, my wife again repeated this request. As this shop has only Indian staff, you might expect this request would be understood. When the pizza was opened at home, it was covered with Italian sausage. My daughter drove back to return the pizza for a refund or exchange. The lady who servered her lied to her when my daughter asked to speak with the manager - telling her, she was the manager when she was not, and refussed to exchange the pizza and then told my daughter she would have to wait sometime before she could get a refund. When my daughter insisted on the refund, the 'manager' told her to leave the shop or the police would be called. On leaving the shop and explaining this issue to a passing family, the family's husband entered the shop on my daughter's behalf. Only then to find out the lady was not the manager, and a refund was offered straight away. So.... Pizza Hut's Bassendean shop does not make your order has per your requests / does not treat you with any respect if you have a complaint / will lie to you about who is management / will not offer a refund when the staff have got your order wrong / and does appear to care about returning customers. Let's see if Pizza Hut management react to such disgracefull customer service and...

So my parents ordered a few pizzas and a side for my Birthday party yesterday to only have part of our order delivered. when my mother called to find out why only half the order was delivered, the manager answered (didn't give his name even after, being asked for it ) says that we should come down and pick up the rest of the order from the store, Defeating the purpose of paying for delivery which arrived over an hour late by some courier company vehicle and not a worker of pizza hut. The "manager" then agreed to send the rest of the order with the next driver. We then waited for 1 and half hours and no delivery, My mother called again asking about the order in an upset state as we had guests, only to be belittled/spoken rudely by the manager again, which is when I took over the call as my mother wasn't in a good state to continue the call. I asked can we have a refund for the things that never arrived we were told to come down to the store to get the refund. I then asked if we could have the rest of the order delivered ASAP. We were quoted 1.5 hours for delivery, which upset me on my birthday. I replied that's simply not good enough, the manager just put the phone down and never responded again till I hung up and block my number from being able to call the store.

I waited an hour and a half for 1 cold burnt Pizzas to turn up and both made wrong including the ingredients i paid and added for where not added on to the pizza. When the driver left pizza hit he had my food in the car for close to 40 minutes that's after an hour wait instore. When I asked the delivery driver for the manager to call me I got a call to be told the manager will call me on sunday/Monday that was 5 buisness days ago I have honestly had better Pizzas at domino's recently and the price wa asnt cheap for what I ordered either pluses the cheesy pepperoni galic bread didn't have cheese or pepperoni on half of it as stated before the manager comes here to defend himself iv already reached out but have had the manager completely ignore my pizza taking an hour and a half to be delivered with a cold burnt Pizza however that works its missing ingredients that I paid extra for i definitely would not recommend you wasting money here the customer service...
