Would not recommend Banh Mi! There was a big line for Roll'd so I was hoping that their food was good. Got to the counter to order food, there was very little information or pricing. I had to ask for pricing on the rice paper rolls but they were all different prices apparently (no pricing to be seen). My partner asked if they had roast pork Banh Mi and which they said yes, no further information on other options so we got two of those and one with extra meat. The extra meat roll had almost the exact same amount of meat as the normal one except the normal one had heaps of extra crackle. They were also doused in soy sauce with one sprig of coriander, a tiny bit of carrot, a bit of pate, a strip of spring onion and a slice of cucumber. No where near the quality of other stores at half the price - $28.20 for two (one with "extra meat").

My partner asked for a small amount of chili in his bahn mi (he normally gets chili with them from a wide range of other shops and has no problem). This place put way too much of very hot chili on his from here. Even after taking out the chili the roll was completely inedible, it went in the bin. He also asked for no coriander, it still had coriander. We get multiple bahn mi every week, it's one of our favorite but this is the first place we've ever ordered that was inedible out of hundred we've eaten elsewhere. He's drunk a 600ml milk and still in pain. Ridiculous. This isn't the pain Olympics.

this place exceeded my expectations in every way !! considering its a pretty popular chain, i wasn't expecting standout food, but i was impressed at the flavour as it tasted pretty good and felt authentic ! service was also fast and efficient, though the seating environment leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately. portions are also pretty standard for the price, though i personally think the rice paper rolls are a bit pricey. not a bad experience overall, and i highly recommend visiting if you're shopping at karrinyup ! i will definitely be back :]

Wow, this place has really gone downhill. I wanted to order a fried rice but was told they don't do that anymore. No problem, I'll have the shaking beef rice bowl instead. They also don't do that anymore. I asked my server what rice bowls they DID still have and settled on the lemongrass beef. I asked to put it in a bowl meal so that I could get a drink but apparently they don't do that either???? Unbelievable, I've ordered bowl meals at this store AND other stores multiple times and it's never been an issue until now. Guess new owners care more about making extra dollars than they do about their customers 🤷🏻‍♀️

My order also took a long time to be ready and I was left waiting for at least 10 minutes. The manager (I think his name is Long?) was shouting into the kitchen a lot and several staff seemed unhappy and stressed out by the atmosphere created. It's such a shame because it used to be such a lovely place with food worth the price.

Guess I'll be sticking to the Vietnamese restaurants which know what...

I been a fan of this chain for a long time is my safe option always but this time I had a very bad experience. I ordered two baos, one lemongrass plant based lemongras “chicken” and one tofu, I expresily explain to the cashier that both were the vegetarian options and as she looked distracted I repeat my orden and say “is the vegetarian”. But my surprise when I ate the first bite, they have me real chicken. This is not ok. If you offer a plant based option you need your staff to know the difference and be minfull of people that decided not eat meat. I ask my money back and they apologise not in a proactive way. DONT OFFER VEGETARIAN PRODUCTS IF YOUR PLACE IS NOT GOING TO BE CAREFULL WITH THAT. I won't recommend going to this place in Karrynjup, they are negligent and...
